Daily dosage

2–3 capsules contain:
Fish oil concentrate 800-1200 mg
containing omega-3 fatty acids: 432-648 mg
– EPA 232-348 mg
– DHA 150-225 mg
Vitamin E 3,6-5,4 mg

Dosage

2–3 capsules per day. Capsules can be chewed or swallowed whole with liquid. Recommended for children over 2 years of age when the child is able to chew. Not recommended for people with reduced blood clotting for any reason. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, yeast and gluten. Contains sucralose as sweetener.

Storage: At room temperature (15-25 °C), tightly closed and protected from sunlight and moisture.

Additional information

The product’s fish oil concentrate is made from sustainably caught fish and is ethically produced. The fish species used are MSC certified, fished in the Pacific Ocean, no species marked in yellow or red (consider or avoid) in the WWF Fish Guide are used. The oil meets the purity criteria set for it, and PCBs, heavy metals and dioxins are tested for each batch of fish oil. Fish fat (oil) is in the form of triglycerides in fish, but during processing, the triglycerides react with ethanol to form ethyl esters and glycerol is removed.
Each capsule contains 240 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which EPA 120 mg and DHA 80 mg. Vitamin E 1,8 mg / capsule.
