- Evonia® Hair Growth supplement is developed together with specialists from the Finnish Hair Academy.
- Contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in an optimal ratio (2:1).The best source of omega-3s (alpha-linoleic acid) in the vegetable world is flax (Linum usitatissimum) and camelina (Camelina sativa). Besides these two plant oils Evonia capsules contain fenugreek seed oil (Trigonella foenum graecum L.).
- Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and is an important coenzyme for e.g. in carbohydrate metabolism. Carbohydrates bind protein to the hair substance.
- Riboflavin contributes to normal energy metabolism by acting as an ingredient in two flavin coenzymes, whose function is important for the body’s oxygen use and energy, and e.g. for the synthesis of proteins and fatty acids.
- Biotin and niacin contribute to keeping the skin normal even on the scalp.
- Pantothenic acid e.g. contributes to the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, which is important in the length of the hair’s life cycle.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and has a role in the process of cell division. Cell division is the process by which all tissues in the body are renewed.
- Vitamin D participates in the process of cell division and the utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
- Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and to normal metabolism of fatty acids and to protein synthesis.
